Jewelry - Lifetime Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry with a lifetime guarantee: our guarantee that upon receipt, each item of jewelry is free from defects in material and workmanship. This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser, beginning on the date of direct purchase from Nativos Jewelry, and is subject to applicable laws. However, the guarantee is immediately void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
We work with our manufacturers to create ethically sourced, handcrafted pieces that are made to stand the test of time. We are confident in the quality of our product. Please note that this means the warranty does not cover loss of items, scratches caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or any modifications made to your product by a third party.
Please note that you are expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for replacements in the following cases: failure or damage caused by misuse or neglect (bumps, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification, cosmetic changes that occur due to normal wear and tear, aging (small scratches, etc.) and color alteration such as subtle color changes of pure silver, failure or damage caused by fire, sauna, chemicals or natural disaster and damage by a jeweler
To find out if your jewelry is covered by this warranty, please contact ventas@nativosjoyas.com with your name, address, order number, photo or video, and a detailed description of the issue. Warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized Nativos Jewelry retailer and are subject to approval.
Disclaimer: If the item required for warranty coverage has been discontinued or out of stock, a credit code for the amount paid for the original purchase will be offered, to be used toward a new replacement purchase of another item, subject to approval. Customers must return the item(s) for inspection. We do not cover shipping costs for returning items to our warehouse in Lima, Peru.
