Returns and Exchange Policy – Nativos Jewelry
1) Quality Guarantee
At Nativos Jewelry, we are committed to the quality of our products. Each piece undergoes a review and quality control process before being shipped, ensuring it meets our standards for manufacturing, finish, and presentation.
We recommend carefully reviewing the product photographs, descriptions, and measurements before finalizing your purchase.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law N.° 29571), customers have the right to request repair, exchange, or refund when the product presents manufacturing defects, hidden flaws, or does not correspond to what was offered.
Important:
This policy does not limit consumer rights recognized by current Peruvian legislation.
2) General Conditions
Time limit for requesting exchanges or returns:
30 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Reasonable product inspection:
The customer may open the packaging and inspect the product to verify characteristics (model, size, finish, etc.).
Product condition:
For a request to be evaluated, the product must be without signs of use, wear, dents, scratches, and without alterations after delivery.
Packaging and accessories:
It must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories received (pouches, bags, labels, certificates or others, when applicable).
Proof of purchase:
Proof of purchase may be requested to facilitate the verification process.
3) Accepted reasons for exchanges or returns
We only accept requests in the following cases:
• Defective product or manufacturing fault.
• Product damaged during transit.
• Shipping error (wrong model, size, or quantity attributable to Nativos Jewelry).
In these cases, Nativos Jewelry may offer repair, product exchange, or money refund, as appropriate.
Personal preferences or subjective perceptions related to color, weight, texture, size, or appearance of the product are not considered manufacturing defects.
4) Exclusions (with respect to consumer rights)
Products will not be eligible for exchange or return if they:
• Show signs of use, wear, dents, scratches, or damage after delivery.
• Have been altered or modified (adjustments, unauthorized engravings, external repairs, or other modifications).
• Do not include the original packaging or main accessories received.
Custom or Made-to-Order Jewelry
Custom or made-to-order jewelry does not qualify for exchanges or returns, as it is crafted specifically according to the customer's specifications.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Personalized engravings
• Initials or names
• Family crests
• Custom designs
• Made-to-measure pieces
Clearance / Outlet / Final Sale Products
Products identified as Clearance, Outlet, Final Sale, or purchased with promotional discounts (including campaigns such as Black Friday, Cyber Days, Cyber Wow, or other special promotions) are not eligible for exchanges or returns due to personal preference.
These restrictions do not apply in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, in accordance with current legislation.
5) Characteristics of handcrafted manufacturing and natural stones
Pieces from Nativos Jewelry may be crafted through artisanal processes and may incorporate natural stones.
Due to the nature of these materials, there may be natural variations in color, veins, tone, texture, or pattern of the stone, as well as slight variations in finish.
These differences are inherent to the material and the artisanal manufacturing process, and therefore are not considered manufacturing defects.
Each natural stone is unique, which gives each piece its own character and appearance.
The photographs on the website are for reference and may show slight variations in color depending on the lighting or the device from which they are viewed.
6) Special condition for chains and bracelets
For reasons of hygiene and finish preservation, chains, bracelets, and other jewelry showing signs of use or prolonged skin contact will not be eligible for exchange or return.
Manipulation of the clasp, prolonged use, or any sign of wear after delivery will be considered product use.
This condition does not apply in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping error.
7) Shipping costs for returns or exchanges
Customers in Peru
If the request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, Nativos Jewelry will cover the corresponding shipping costs.
International customers (including USA)
If the return or exchange is due to a defect or error attributable to Nativos Jewelry, we will coordinate the appropriate solution with the customer.
We may request photographs or videos of the product to evaluate the request before approving the process.
8) Return or exchange process

Initiate your request through our customer service channels.

We will send you instructions for the evaluation process.

Securely pack the product with its original packaging and accessories.

Send the package according to the indicated method.
9) Processing times
Once the returned product is received, processing may take up to 2–3 weeks, which includes:
• product inspection
• request validation
• administrative process
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase.
10) Complaint Book
If you register a claim or complaint in the Complaint Book, Nativos Jewelry will respond within the legal period of 15 business days, in accordance with current regulations.
11) Right of Modification
Nativos Jewelry reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes will take effect from their publication on the website.
