RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY – NATIVOS JEWELRY

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Nativos Jewelry, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within the established period, subject to the conditions detailed below.


General conditions

  • Return period: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • Product Condition: The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.

  • Original packaging: It is essential to return the product in its complete original packaging, including labels, manuals and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase: We recommend keeping your proof of purchase to expedite the process.


Accepted reasons

We accept returns for:

  • Products that are defective or damaged in transit.

  • Shipping error (wrong model, size, or quantity).

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the product.

Note: Subjective preferences such as color, weight, or texture do not qualify as manufacturing defects. Returns based on personal preference will only be accepted if the product is in perfect condition and meets the stated requirements.


Exclusions

Products that:

  • Show signs of use, wear or damage.

  • Do not include all original packaging, including covers, bags, tags, and accessories.

  • Whether they are clearance or final sale items (this does not include products purchased with discount codes or during general promotions).

  • Whether it's personalized jewelry or custom-made (for example, with names, initials, or family crests).


Shipping costs for returns

Clients in Peru:

  • Natives will provide a free shipping label for all returns.

  • Exchanged products will be shipped at no additional cost via standard shipping.

International Customers (including US):

  • The customer must cover the return shipping costs.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before returning.


Non-refundable management fees and commissions

  • Customers in Peru: A flat fee of PEN 9.00 will apply for each refund processed (not applicable to exchanges).

  • International / US Customers: A flat rate of $8.00 USD will be deducted per return, plus any fees charged by payment gateways such as Stripe, Shopify, Klarna, or others , which may vary between 3% and 6% of the original purchase price.

These fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party platforms at the time of payment. They do not apply to product exchanges.


Return process

  1. Start your return request through our website or by contacting customer service.

  2. You will receive detailed instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.

  3. Carefully pack the product in its complete original packaging.

  4. Send the package using the method indicated in the instructions.


Processing times

  • Returns may take up to 2–3 weeks to fully process from receipt at our warehouse.

  • Refund will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product .

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, including gift cards if used.


Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for returned items until they are received and inspected by our team. Nativos Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.


Special provisions for the European Union

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Final sale items are only eligible for a full refund within the first 14 days of delivery.


Right of modification

Nativos Jewelry reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
